Instead of promising, separate what is covered from what is excluded.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of situations can I create?
Start from a sales conversation, customer service, job interview, leadership or product knowledge template, or from scratch. You set the learner and counterpart roles, the situation and background, the goal, the difficulty and the success condition.
Can I set the avatar's personality and way of responding?
In the persona step you choose an avatar and set its personality, conversation style, emotional tendency and behavior instructions. The voice comes with the avatar and can't be changed separately.
How do I share a simulation?
Turn on the public link and anyone who has it can start practicing without signing in. You can also invite members to your workspace, assign it as training and follow their progress. Training time is deducted from your workspace plan.
How should I use the AI review?
It gives feedback based on the transcript, against the criteria set by whoever builds the simulation. It is there to support practice and never makes hiring or HR decisions automatically.
Are conversations stored?
What you say is converted to text and stored with the AI feedback, and the people running the training can see it. Transcripts and feedback are kept for one year from the end of the training. See our Privacy Policy (opens in a new window) for details.
How much does it cost?
Pricing applies per workspace. See the pricing page for plan prices, included minutes and how many people can practice at the same time.
What do I need to practice?
Chrome or Edge on a desktop computer, and a microphone. Microphone access is requested only when practice starts.
