1. Cancelling a subscription
The workspace owner can cancel from RoleFit's plan management screen or from the subscription link on the Paddle receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and stops the next renewal; the period already paid for remains available. Cancelling by itself does not refund an amount already paid.
Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are separate. Check the cancellation status and the end date of your access on the plan management screen.
2. Requesting a refund
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for paid products. Request a refund through Paddle buyer support or the support link on your receipt. Service outages, usage that was not applied, and duplicate or erroneous charges can also be reported to RoleFit support at partnership@klleon.io (phone 070-4367-6094); the Company verifies the issue and supports its handling through Paddle.
Including the billing email, the transaction reference, the workspace and a description of the problem speeds things up. Never send a full card number, a password or a verification code.
3. What applies
Paddle payments are subject to the Paddle refund policy in force at the time of the transaction and to applicable law. This policy does not reduce any right you have under the law.
Paddle's current policy provides consumers in the Republic of Korea with a full refund when requested within 7 days of the transaction. Personal consumer purchases and business purchases are treated differently, and purchases in other countries may be subject to that country's rules. A refund is never refused merely because the product is a digital service.
Outside those rights, a change of mind or an unused balance is not refunded automatically and is reviewed case by case. If a purchased feature was not provided, or you were charged twice or in error, let support know. Usage records are checked, but they alone never exclude a statutory right.
If the Company discontinues the service for its own reasons, or you object to an unfavourable change of the Terms before its effective date and cancel, the portion of any prepaid fee for the period you cannot use is refunded pro rata. The Company tells you what is covered and the settled amount and supports the processing through Paddle.
Refunds are made to the original payment method as a rule; the actual method and timing follow applicable law and Paddle's procedures. No blanket processing fee is deducted.
4. Training time and use after a refund
Monthly included time is used within its billing period and does not carry over. An extra time pack is a one-off 100-minute pack bought under an active paid subscription (packs bought earlier keep the terms of their purchase); it is valid for 90 days from the day the payment completes and any unused balance expires after that. Pack time cannot be used once the paid period has ended; if the same workspace subscribes to a paid plan again (including a different plan) before the original expiry date, the unused balance becomes usable again. The expiry date is not extended by the time without a subscription.
Once a refund is confirmed, the entitlement and remaining time granted by that purchase are adjusted to match the refunded scope. Allowances and transaction records of other valid purchases are handled separately.
