Everyone on these cards is a real RoleFit avatar you can choose.

What went wellFrom the conversation
“Which coverage matters most for you to keep?”
You checked what the customer values before proposing a product.
A phrase to change next time
“This product will solve everything.”
Instead of promising, separate what is covered from what is excluded.

Frequently asked questions
What kinds of situations can I create?
Start from a sales conversation, customer service, job interview, leadership or product knowledge template, or from scratch. You set the learner and counterpart roles, the situation and background, the goal, the difficulty and the success condition.
Can I set the avatar's personality and way of responding?
In the persona step you choose an avatar and set its personality, conversation style, emotional tendency and behavior instructions. The voice comes with the avatar and can't be changed separately.
How do I share a simulation?
Create a public link and anyone who has it can start practicing without signing in. To share only with your team, publish it as member training (private), invite members, then assign the training and open it. Practice time is deducted from your workspace's training time.
Can I share practice with my team only?
Yes. Member training (private) creates no link: only members who accepted your invitation and to whom you assign and open the training can sign in and practice. An invitation link works for one email address and expires after 7 days. RoleFit does not email it, so share it through your usual channel.
How should I use the AI review?
It gives feedback based on the transcript, against the criteria set by whoever builds the simulation. It is there to support practice and never makes hiring or HR decisions automatically.
Are conversations stored?
What you say is converted to text and stored with the AI feedback, and the people running the training can see it. Transcripts and feedback are kept for one year from the end of the training. See our Privacy Policy (opens in a new window) for details.
How much does it cost?
Pricing applies per workspace. See the pricing page for plan prices, included minutes and how many people can practice at the same time.
What do I need to practice?
A microphone and an up-to-date browser. We recommend Chrome or Edge on a computer; Safari and phone browsers also work, but may behave differently on some devices. Microphone access is requested when you check your microphone or start practicing.
How do I talk with the avatar?
When the practice starts, your microphone turns on and you simply speak; you don't need to press a button. Anything said while the avatar is speaking or preparing its reply is not sent, so speak when 'Please speak now' appears. See the help page for details.
