1. The service and the operator
RoleFit is an AI role-practice service provided by KLLEON (주식회사 클레온, the “Company”). Organizations build and assign training and follow progress; learners practise by talking with a digital human. These Terms govern the use of RoleFit between the Company and its users.

Paid products are sold by Paddle, the Company's authorized reseller and the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Paddle is not a mere payment processor: it is the party to the purchase and handles payment, tax calculation, receipts and refunds, and the Paddle Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. These Terms apply to your use of the RoleFit service. No set of terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
2. Accounts and workspaces
A workspace is the unit in which an organization manages its training, members and usage. The owner manages purchases and the subscription, administrators build and assign training within the permissions they are given, and learners take part in the training made available to them. Anyone who signs up or purchases on behalf of an organization must have the authority to do so.
RoleFit is an organizational training and role-practice service for adults. Anyone who opens a workspace or purchases a paid product, and every learner who takes part in training, must be at least 19 years old. The same rule applies when joining through a public link without signing in.
Provide accurate account details and keep your sign-in credentials safe. Contact support if you suspect your account has been misused. Organization administrators are responsible for the notices and lawful basis needed to invite members and process learning records.
The introduction to a public training can be viewed without signing in. Whether a session can actually start depends on the publishing settings and usage limits. Even when you join a public training, the transcript and feedback may be made available to the person who runs the training. The Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled.
3. Plans and training time
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions per workspace. Each plan's price and allowance are shown on the price list and the purchase screen; the final amount including tax is shown on the purchase screen before you pay. The number of registered members and the number of people who can train at the same time are different things.
- Simultaneous trainees: the number of sessions that can run at the same time. A seat may be reserved while a session is being prepared; viewing results or editing a training does not use a seat. Simultaneous seats beyond the plan's allowance are not sold separately.
- Training time: shared by everyone in the workspace. If five people each practise for 10 minutes, 50 minutes are used. Time is counted from the moment the conversation is ready for as long as the session is running.
- Monthly included time: available within the billing period in which it is granted; unused time does not carry over to the next period.
- Extra time pack: a one-off 100-minute pack purchased in a workspace with an active paid subscription. It can be bought in advance even while included time remains. It is valid for 90 days from the day the payment completes; unused time expires after that. A pack does not increase the number of simultaneous trainees or extend the subscription period. Packs and subscriptions bought earlier keep the allowance, price and term that applied when they were bought.
- Free plan: applied without any application to a workspace that has no paid subscription; 10 minutes of training time and 1 simultaneous session per month. It resets on the 1st of every month at 00:00 Korea time (Asia/Seoul), unused time does not carry over, and extra time packs cannot be bought on it. No card and no automatic payment.
- Packs after the subscription ends: pack time cannot be used once the paid period has ended. If the same workspace subscribes to a paid plan again (including a different plan) before the pack's original expiry date, the unused balance becomes usable again; the expiry date is not extended by the time without a subscription. If you have scheduled the renewal to stop, you can still use the pack until the paid period you already paid for ends.
When the time or simultaneous-trainee limit is reached, starting or continuing a session may be restricted. Time you have not purchased is never charged automatically based on usage. The Free plan never turns into a paid charge without a separate purchase.
4. Payment, renewal and plan changes
Before you pay you can see the currency, tax, final amount and renewal cycle. A monthly subscription renews automatically every month until it is cancelled. If it takes a while for a completed payment to be reflected in your workspace, do not buy the same product again; check the payment status or contact support.
When moving to a higher plan you confirm the effective date and the amount charged now before proceeding. A move to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period. If a renewal payment fails or the subscription ends, paid training features may be restricted.
Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; it is separate from any refund of amounts already paid. You can cancel from RoleFit's plan management screen or from the subscription link on your Paddle receipt. Refund conditions and how to request one are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Training content and AI feedback
Rights in the materials you upload and the content you create remain with their rights holders. You allow the Company to store and process that content and to make it available to permitted participants, to the extent needed to provide the service. When you provide materials or a face, voice or avatar, you must hold the rights and consents required for commercial use, and you must not enter other people's personal data or confidential material without lawful authority.
RoleFit's AI responses and evaluations are feedback intended to support practice and may contain errors. They must not be used as a means of automatically making hiring, promotion, disciplinary or other HR decisions, or of automatically classifying people. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of results or any training or sales outcome.
6. Prohibited use
The service may not be used for content that infringes others' rights, for using someone's face or voice without consent, for impersonation or deception, or for unlawful or discriminatory activity. Accessing another organization's materials without authorization, circumventing the service, its payments or its usage limits, and disrupting the service are also prohibited.
The Company may restrict the content or account concerned in proportion to the violation and the risk. Where possible we explain the reason and how to object first; where urgent security action is needed we act first and then explain. You can object by emailing support; the Company reviews the objection, informs you of the outcome, and lifts or corrects the restriction if its grounds no longer apply or the action was mistaken.
7. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account
Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; deleting an account ends your use of the account. Deleting your account is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription or requesting a refund. If you have a payment or subscription in progress, or own a workspace that still has other members, you can delete the account after those relationships have been settled; contact support if you cannot proceed.
When a learner deletes their account or leaves an organization, the training records the organization manages are not necessarily deleted with it. Shared reference materials that the organization keeps using remain even if the employee who uploaded them deletes their account, and reference materials are kept after a paid subscription ends until the material or the workspace is deleted on request. Keeping materials does not mean continued access to paid training features. Deletion, retention and your rights over personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service changes and outages
The Company may change features or temporarily suspend the service for improvement or maintenance. Changes with a significant effect on use and planned suspensions are announced in advance; urgent outages are communicated and repaired as quickly as possible. If a purchased core feature cannot be provided, the matter is resolved through support and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unless separately agreed, no specific uptime or recovery time is promised.
If the Company discontinues the service for its own reasons, it gives at least 30 days' notice before the end date and stops charging from that date. The portion of any prepaid fee for the period that can no longer be provided is refunded pro rata; the settlement procedure follows the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Liability and disputes
The Company and the user are each liable under applicable law for damage caused by their own fault. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for the Company's intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Questions, complaints and reports of harm relating to the service are received at the support email; the Company reviews them and informs you of the progress and outcome. We try to resolve disputes through support first; if that fails, the procedures available under applicable law remain open to you. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the use of the service, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights and rights to a statutory forum in your country of residence.
10. Changes and notices
When these Terms change, the changes, the reasons and the effective date are announced in the service at least 7 days in advance and the previous version remains available. Changes that are unfavourable to users are announced at least 30 days in advance and also sent to your registered email. Where separate consent is required by law, that consent procedure is followed.
If you do not agree to a change you may cancel your subscription or stop using your account, and rights that have already arisen are preserved. If you object to an unfavourable change before its effective date and cancel, the unused portion of any prepaid fee is refunded pro rata. Matters that materially affect rights and obligations are also sent to your registered email; contact support if you did not receive a notice.
